0859 GMT - Keppel REIT's 2026 distribution per unit could be diluted slightly by the real-estate investment trust buying a stake in a Singapore office tower, says DBS Group Research's Dale Lai in a note. He expects the REIT's earnings to decline around 6% due to the recent acquisition and related equity fundraising exercise. Still, the drag is likely to be partially offset by lower financing costs, tax transparency status for the target office tower and further organic income growth from occupancy and rental rate improvements, the analyst says. This could lead to a recovery in 2027 earnings, he adds. DBS trims its target price to S$1.05 from S$1.10 but maintains a buy rating. Units fall 0.5% to S$0.97. (megan.cheah@wsj.com)
