InterDigital's Q4 Non-GAAP Net Income, Revenue Drop; Q1, Full-Year Guidance Issued

InterDigital (IDCC) reported Q4 non-GAAP net income Thursday of $2.12 per share, down from $5.15 a year earlier.

Four analysts polled by FactSet expected $1.73.

Revenue for the quarter ended Dec. 31 was $158.2 million, down from $252.8 million a year earlier.

Four analysts surveyed by FactSet expected revenue of $150.6 million.

The company said it expects Q1 non-GAAP EPS of $2.39 to $2.68. Three analysts surveyed by FactSet expect $2.33. InterDigital expects revenue for the quarter of $194 million to $200 million. Four analysts expect revenue of $167.4 million.

The company said it expects full-year 2026 non-GAAP EPS of $8.74 to $11.84. Four analysts surveyed by FactSet expect $10.09. InterDigital expects full-year 2026 revenue of $675 million to $775 million. Four analysts expect revenue of $693 million.

The company's shares were up 4.5% in recent premarket activity on Thursday.
