Digital Core REIT's Earnings Likely Boosted by Rent Increases -- Market Talk

Dow Jones02-05 16:10

0810 GMT - Digital Core REIT's earnings this year are likely to be boosted by strong growth in its rental rates, says DBS Group Research's Dale Lai in a note. The real-estate investment trust's 2025 distribution per unit was stable despite a higher unit base, beating DBS's expectations. The analyst raises his 2026 DPU projections by around 4% to account for stronger earnings. A vacancy at a key asset is likely to be filled this year, which could drive 2027 earnings higher by around 12.5%, he adds. DBS raises its target price for Digital Core to US$0.70 from US$0.68 and maintains a buy rating. Units fall 0.9% to US$0.525.(megan.cheah@wsj.com)
