United Company Rusal (HKG:0486) units agreed to procure heat energy from associates of En+ Group under new supply contracts to support production operations, according to a Thursday Hong Kong bourse filing.
Under the agreements, two Rusal subsidiaries will purchase thermal energy in hot water from Baikalenergo Joint Stock Company through Dec. 31, 2026.
A separate agreement stipulates the supply of thermal energy in hot water from Baikalenergo JSC through Dec. 31, 2027.
The estimated consideration for the agreements is about $188,000 for 2026 and $12,748 for 2027.
