Impinj Shares Lower After Evercore ISI Downgrade on Weaker Near-Term Outlook

Impinj (PI) shares fell nearly 22% in Friday trading after Evercore ISI downgraded the stock to in-line from outperform, citing Q1 2026 guidance that came in well below Wall Street expectations.

Evercore ISI also cut the price target to $112 from $273.

Trading volume was nearly 1.8 million shares, versus a daily average of about 630,000.
