Distinct Healthcare (HKG:2677) raised HK$208.9 million in net proceeds from its initial public offering in Hong Kong.
The final offer price was set at HK$59.90 per share, within the indicative range of HK$57.70 to HK$66.60, according to a Thursday after-market filing with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
The private healthcare services provider offered 4.8 million shares in the global offering.
The Hong Kong public offer was 2,730.73 times subscribed, with a final allocation of 475,000 shares, representing 10% of the total offering.
The international offering was 5.79 times subscribed, with a final allocation of 4.3 million shares, or 90% of the total offering.
An over-allocation of 712,500 shares was made under the international tranche.
Cornerstone investors, including Health Vision Hong Kong Limited, KingMed Diagnostics (Hong Kong) Limited, Mininglamp Technology, and Galaxy Dynasty, were allotted a combined 1.50 million shares, representing 31.59% of the global offering, the filing showed.
Distinct Healthcare is set to debut on the Hong Kong bourse on Friday, Feb. 6.
