1134 GMT - Banco de Sabadell shares largely recoup losses suffered at the end of last week as investors consider fourth-quarter results released Friday. Stock in the Spanish bank gains 4.6% after falling 4.7% on Friday. The bank made a surprise announcement of a new chief executive, while reporting profits in line with consensus expectations. Though the results were initially poorly received by investors, "the new CEO ticks all the boxes," Baader's David Grinsztajn writes. "We see limited risk to the group's 2027 financial objectives [being] challenged by the CEO," the analyst adds.(josephmichael.stonor@wsj.com)
