Shaanxi Coal Industry's (SHA:601225) coal sales increased 7.6% to 13.9 million tons in January from 12.9 million tons in the year-ago period, according to a Monday disclosure to the Shanghai bourse.
Coal production grew 6.4% to 15.2 million tons from 14.3 million tons a year prior.
Total power sales rose 36% to 4.24 billion kilowatt-hours from 3.11 billion kilowatt-hours in the year-ago period.
Power production jumped 35% year over year to 4.49 billion kWh from 3.32 billion kWh.
Shares rose 1% during morning trading on Monday.
