Feb 10 (Reuters) - The following bids, mergers, acquisitions and disposals were reported by 1030 GMT on Tuesday:

** Brookfield Asset Management BAM.N is in exclusive talks with Blackstone BX.N to purchase its residential real estate company Fidere YFID.MC in Spain, Spanish newspaper Expansion reported, citing unidentified market sources. nL1N3Z608N

** Clear Channel Outdoor Holdings said it had agreed to be acquired by Mubadala Capital, in partnership with TWG Global, in a deal valuing the U.S. billboard operator at $6.2 billion. nL1N3Z607E

** German media and services group Bertelsmann BTGGg.F has taken a majority stake in Indian logistics platform Lets Transport, hoping to build on its presence in India as an important growth market, the head of its investment division told Reuters. nL8N3Z51TN

** Oilfield services firm Transocean RIG.N said it would acquire peer Valaris VAL.N in an all-stock deal valued at $5.8 billion, expanding its exposure across deepwater, harsh-environment and shallow-water basins worldwide.nL4N3Z515V

** Eli Lilly LLY.N will buy Orna Therapeutics for up to $2.4 billion in cash, gaining access to a technology that allows patients' own cells to generate therapies inside the body, without the need to extract them. nL4N3Z50ZV
