Designer Brands Appoints Sheamus Toal CFO

Designer Brands (DBI) said Wednesday it has appointed Sheamus Toal as chief financial officer, effective Feb. 16.

Toal most recently served as chief operating officer and CFO of The Children's Place (PLCE), Designer Brands said.
