Shanghai International Airport (SHA:600009) directors approved a lease contract with controlling shareholder Airport Group for the development of the Pudong Airport Phase 4 Hotel for 585 million yuan, according to a Wednesday disclosure to the Shanghai bourse.
The airport hotel is located near terminal 3 of Pudong Airport, with an area of 6,463 square meters and 446 guest rooms, the filing said.
