SM Prime's (PSE:SMPH) reported net income of 11.6 billion Philippine pesos in the fourth quarter of 2025, flat from a year-ago, as lower real estate revenues were offset by reduced costs.
The property developer's revenue for the quarter fell 7% year on year to 37.7 billion pesos. Costs and expenses declined nearly 12% to 17.9 billion pesos.
For full-year 2025, net income rose 7% to 48.8 billion pesos from 45.6 billion pesos, supported by stronger commercial property revenues and cost discipline.
Consolidated revenue edged up to 141.1 billion pesos from 140.4 billion pesos, it said.
