KULR Technology (KULR) said Wednesday that it has entered a joint development collaboration with Hylio to design, prototype and manufacture battery systems for Hylio's unmanned aerial systems platforms.
The companies will focus on high-performance battery architectures for agricultural and defense-adjacent applications, KULR Technology said.
Financial terms of the collaboration were not disclosed.
Shares of KULR Technology were up 2.6% in recent Wednesday premarket activity.
