Talkspace Shares Surge After 4Q Profit, Revenue Beat Expectations

Shares of Talkspace soared after the company logged fourth-quarter earnings and revenue that exceeded analyst estimates.

The stock jumped 26% to $4.93 in midday Thursday trading, marking a new 52-week high. The shares have gained around 28% in the past year.

The virtual therapy provider posted a fourth-quarter net income of $4.77 million, or 3 cents a share, up from $1.21 million, or 1 cent a share, a year earlier.

The results exceeded the 2 cents a share that Wall Street expected, according to FactSet.

Adjusted earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization came in at $6.57 million. Analysts polled by FactSet were expecting $6.1 million.

Revenue rose 29% to $63 million, beating Wall Street's forecast for $61.9 million, according to FactSet. The top-line gains were driven by a 41% year-over-year increase in payor revenue, the company said.

For 2026, Talkspace anticipates full-year revenue of $275 million to $290 million. Analysts polled by FactSet are looking for $278.5 million.
