Hearts and Minds Investments (ASX:HM1) reported Wednesday fiscal first-half earnings of AU$0.0196 per share, down from AU$0.4015 a year earlier.
Total net investment income for the six months ended Dec. 31, 2025, was AU$13.6 million, compared with AU$137.5 million a year earlier.
The board declared an interim dividend of AU$0.095 per share, up from AU$0.08 a year earlier, payable April 16 to shareholders on record as of Feb. 26.
The company's shares were up almost 4% in recent Wednesday trade.
