0132 GMT - Yum China Holdings stands to benefit from its business strategy focusing on resilience, growth and moat, UOB Kay Hian analysts say in a report. With this strategy, the Chinese restaurant company can develop new offerings for a broad range of consumer groups and consumption scenarios, the analysts say. This strategy will also enable it to combine resources to create synergies across stores, regions and brands. Thanks to this approach, the company is likely to stand out in the limited-service restaurant space. The brokerage initiates coverage of the stock with a buy rating and a target price of HK$494.80.
