Shares of Copart fell after the company logged second-quarter net income and revenue that missed Wall Street estimates.

The stock slumped 11% to $33.50 in after-hours trading on Thursday. The shares have fallen 35% in the past year.

The online vehicle auction operator reported a net income of $350.7 million, or 36 cents a share, compared with $387.4 million, or 40 cents a share, a year earlier.
