APA Group (ASX:APA) reported Thursday fiscal first-half underlying earnings of AU$0.096 per security, up from AU$0.094 a year earlier.
Analysts polled by FactSet expected earnings of AU$0.09.
Revenue for the six months ended Dec. 31, 2025, was AU$1.61 billion, compared with AU$1.62 billion a year earlier. Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected AU$1.63 billion.
The company reaffirmed its fiscal 2026 distribution guidance at AU$0.58 per security, and maintained its underlying earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization forecast of AU$2.12 billion to AU$2.2 billion, with expectations to exceed the midpoint of the range.
The board declared an interim dividend of AU$0.275 per share, up from AU$0.27 a year earlier, payable March 18 to shareholders on record as of Dec. 31, 2025.
