Coca-Cola Europacific Volume Beat Should Calm Investors Amid Profit Targets -- Market Talk

Dow Jones02-17

0943 GMT - Although Coca-Cola Europacific faced some investor concerns going into the fourth quarter, its volume beat should be taken well, particularly as Europe was broadly in line with expectations, UBS analysts say in a note. The bottling company guides for 2026 organic sales growth of around 3% to 4% with organic EBIT growth of about 7%. "We think the FY 2026 outlook implies no change to consensus EPS, as higher net finance costs are offset by a lower share count following the announcement of another 1 billion euros share buyback," UBS says. Shares are up 0.7% at 74.80 pounds and have risen 9.7% over the past 12 months. (anthony.orunagoriainoff@dowjones.com)
