EDU Holdings (ASX:EDU) said that Non-Executive Chair Gary Burg has resigned with immediate effect due to health reasons, according to a Friday Australian bourse filing.
Non-Executive Director Peter Mobbs has been appointed interim chair while the board starts a search process for a permanent chair, the filing added.
The company's shares rose around 1% in recent Friday trade.
