1244 ET - Colgate-Palmolive is relying on AI to accelerate its product innovation, says Chief Executive Noel Wallace at the Consumer Analyst Group of New York conference. The technology is transforming its product development process, he says. "We're using AI to develop more concepts and really test those as quickly as we possibly can. We're using digital panels and twins now to validate our market insights. And we're also developing content factories where we can scale content as quickly as we possibly can," Wallace says, adding that AI was critical to the development and expansion of its purple color correction toothpaste.
