Sunshine Metals (ASX:SHN) found high-grade gold and silver results from its grade control drilling at the Liontown deposit in Queensland, according to a Monday filing with the Australian bourse.
Re-analysis of a previous one-meter interval returned one meter at 136 grams per tonne grade of gold and 9,960 g/t silver from 18 meters, within a broader zone of 30 meters at 6.68 g/t grade of gold and 528 g/t silver from 17 meters, the filing said.
All results from the program will be incorporated into an upgraded resource in April and integrated into an updated mining study, per the filing.
Shares rose 8% in afternoon trade on Monday.
