Dow Jones02-21 01:18

1218 ET - Retail trade groups are calling for tariffs to be refunded following the Supreme Court's rejection of President Trump's tariffs. The National Retail Federation urged the lower court to ensure a seamless process to refund tariffs to U.S. importers. The American Apparel & Footwear Association said it was confident the government would quickly provide refunds and said the decision was important for easing the "heavy tariff burden" facing the apparel and footwear industry. Apparel companies including Lululemon, Levi Strauss and Crocs saw shares spike after the announcement, though they were mostly flat by midday. (katherine.hamilton@wsj.com)
