1218 ET - Retail trade groups are calling for tariffs to be refunded following the Supreme Court's rejection of President Trump's tariffs. The National Retail Federation urged the lower court to ensure a seamless process to refund tariffs to U.S. importers. The American Apparel & Footwear Association said it was confident the government would quickly provide refunds and said the decision was important for easing the "heavy tariff burden" facing the apparel and footwear industry.
