Palantir Technologies (PLTR) has filed a lawsuit against Swiss magazine Republik, which published articles revealing the company's failed attempts to win federal contracts from the Swiss government, the Financial Times reported Monday.
Palantir sued the magazine in January, alleging that its right to reply under Swiss media law was wrongfully denied, according to the report.
Palantir was unsuccessful over seven years amid concerns over data sovereignty legal compliance, including an instance in 2024 where the Swiss Army rejected the company over the risk of US authorities gaining access to sensitive files, according to the Republik article.
Palantir did not immediately reply to a request for comment from MT Newswires.
