Front Month Nymex Natural Gas for March delivery lost 19.60 cents per million British thermal units, or 6.04% to $3.0470 per million British thermal units this week

 

--Down for three consecutive weeks

--Down eight of the past 11 weeks

--Today it is up 5.10 cents or 1.70%

--Largest one day dollar and percentage gain since Thursday, Feb. 12, 2026

--Snaps a three session losing streak

--Today's settlement value is the fourth lowest this year

--Off 59.16% from its 52-week high of $7.46 hit Wednesday, Jan. 28, 2026

--Up 13.02% from its 52-week low of $2.696 hit Monday, Aug. 25, 2025

--Down 28.03% from 52 weeks ago

--Off 59.16% from its 2026 settlement high of $7.46 hit Wednesday, Jan. 28, 2026

--Up 1.70% from its 2026 settlement low of $2.996 hit Thursday, Feb. 19, 2026

--Off 80.19% from its record high of $15.378 hit Tuesday, Dec. 13, 2005

--Month-to-date it is down 30.02%

--Year-to-date it is down 63.90 cents or 17.34%
