Mercury NZ Swings to Fiscal H1 Profit, Posts Lower Revenue; Reaffirms Fiscal 2026 Outlook

Mercury NZ (NZE:MCY, ASX:MCY) reported Tuesday that it swung to a profit of NZ$0.0142 per share in the fiscal first half from a loss of NZ$0.048 a year earlier.

Revenue for the six months ended Dec. 31, 2025, was NZ$1.66 billion, compared with NZ$1.76 billion a year earlier.

The company reaffirmed its fiscal 2026 earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, amortization, and fair value adjustments guidance of NZ$1 billion and its dividend guidance of NZ$0.25.

The board declared an interim dividend of NZ$0.10 per share, up from NZ$0.096 a year earlier, payable April 1 to shareholders on record as of March 5.
