Nordic Nickel (ASX:NNL) finds further gold mineralization at the Kopsa project in Finland upon the receipt of the latest assays for six holes from its maiden drill program, according to a Tuesday filing with the Australian bourse.
Results include 12 meters at 1.08 grams per tonne grade of gold, 0.17% copper, and 2 g/t silver from 75 meters, including two meters at 3.23 g/t grade of gold, 0.16% copper, and 3 g/t silver, the filing said.
The company plans to explore a "higher-grade stockwork" zone in upcoming drilling scheduled for March to May, per the filing.
