Oddity Tech's (ODD) shares sank 48% amid heavy trading after Chief Financial Officer Lindsay Drucker Mann said Q1 revenue will likely decline by about 30% year-over-year because of a "dislocation we are experiencing in acquisition costs."

More than 17.8 million shares of the company traded intraday compared with a daily average of about 936,000.

Driven Brands (DRVN) said it is delaying the release of fiscal Q4 results after an audit committee found material errors in fiscal 2023 and 2024 financial statements, as well as in the first three quarterly reports in fiscal 2025, according to a regulatory filing on Wednesday.

Shares sank 38% following an increase in intraday trading volume to over 7.69 million from a daily average of about 977,000.

CoStar Group (CSGP) reported late Tuesday fiscal Q1 adjusted earnings guidance below analyst estimates.

Shares dropped 11%, with intraday trading volume rising to over 6.76 million from a daily average of roughly 5.94 million.
