1151 ET - Mizuho analysts are confident in the resilience of Life Time Group's business model following 4Q results. The fitness center operator posted double-digit growth in member engagement and in-center revenue, deflecting investor concerns about macro softness, the analysts say in a research note. Guidance for new square footage expansion and the last year's growth story primes the company for gains through 2027. The analysts see further upside opportunities beyond the outlook from strong in-center programming. "Sizable investments into club programming are converting into record engagement and retention, stronger pricing power, and operating leverage," the analysts say.Life Time shares fall 8.7%.
