Microsoft (MSFT) is searching for a new London headquarters, the Financial Times reported on Wednesday, citing people familiar with the matter.
The US tech giant is looking for about 200,000 to 250,000 square feet along the Elizabeth Line from Paddington to Canary Wharf, the report said.
The company, advised by CBRE, has met developers and property companies in recent months as demand for high-quality office space with strong transit access and premium amenities remains tight across the UK capital, the report added.
MT Newswires has reached out to Microsoft for comment but has not yet received a response.
