0230 GMT - AEM Holdings is poised to benefit from multiyear artificial intelligence demand, says DBS Group Research in commentary. The company projects 2026 revenue at S$460 million-S$510 million, with the midpoint above DBS and consensus estimates. The outlook is anchored by the sustained ramp-up of its anchor AI and high-performance computing customer amid strong next-generation chip demand, the DBS analysts say. AEM could also see increased orders from Intel to ease certain capacity constraints, they add. Meanwhile, AEM's ongoing litigation case is less likely to heavily weigh given stronger 2026 guidance from the company, they add. DBS has a buy rating and is reviewing its S$2.10 target price on the stock, which rises 9.85% to S$2.23. (megan.cheah@wsj.com)
