Enerflex (EFXT) has agreed to sell its aftermarket operations in Australia, Thailand and Indonesia to INNIO Group, the latter said Thursday.
The company said the transaction is expected to close in H2 2026.
The APAC aftermarket business operates across three countries and eight locations, supported by workshop and office facilities and long-term service agreements with major oil and gas customers, the company said.
INNIO said the acquisition will expand its presence in the Asia-Pacific region and strengthen customer support, building on its 2024 acquisition of Souer in Thailand.
