0938 GMT - Mid-points of BASF's 2026 guidance for earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization and free cash flow are below consensus estimates, UBS analysts say in a research note. The German chemical giant is targeting Ebitda in the range of 6.2 billion to 7.0 billion euros, with the mid-point sitting 7% below consensus estimates provided by Visible Alpha. The company is targeting free cash flow in the range of 1.5 billion to 2.3 billion euros compared with Visible Alpha's estimate of 2.2 billion euros. Shares are expected to be down as a result, UBS says. Shares trade 1.3% lower at 49.01 euros. (nina.kienle@wsj.com)
