Bank of America (BAC), Barclays (BCS), Citigroup (C), HSBC (HSBC), UBS Group's (UBS) UBS Investment Bank, and Wells Fargo (WFC) have committed to invest in post-trade services provider Osttra, the latter said Thursday.
Investment terms weren't disclosed.
Funds managed by KKR (KKR) will continue to own a majority stake in Osttra, it said.
