IBERDROLA IBE.MC

Iberdrola issued 600 million euros in green bonds carrying a 3.95% fixed annual coupon until March 9, 2033, with closing and payment expected on March 9, the company said on Thursday.

GRIFOLS GRLS.MC

Healthcare company Grifols on Thursday said it expects core earnings to grow by more than a quarter in 2026 and will continue to cut debt.

SACYR SCYR.MC

Sacyr reported on Thursday core earnings of 1.36 billion euros for 2025.

COLONIAL COL.MC

Colonial reported on Thursday a 344.4 million euro full-year 2025 net profit.

FCC FCC.MC

FCC posted on Thursday a 164.4 million euro full-year net profit for 2025.

SOLARIA SLRS.MC

Solaria said on Thursday it signed a series of deals with Merlin Properties including a 10-year PPA for 600 MWh of BESS, a 40-year PPA for 426 MWp of solar output, and a 213-MW power-access agreement for Madrid-area data centres, while also posting full-year net profit of 137.4 million euros and reporting high visibility on its 2026 EBITDA target of 331 million euros.

Viscofan said on Thursday it booked a 51.3 million euro net profit in the fourth quarter.

VOCENTO VOC.MC

Viscofan said on Thursday it booked a 6.7 million euro full-year net profit for 2025.

RENTA CORP REN.MC

Renta Corp started a share buy-back programme of up to 1.2 million euros covering as many as 1.6 million shares, or about 5% of its capital, running from March 1 to December 31, 2026, the company said on Thursday.

MERLIN PROPERTIES MRL.MC

Merlin Properties said on Thursday it booked a 565 million euro full-year revenues for 2025.

ACERINOX ACX.MC

Spanish steelmaker Acerinox on Friday posted a fourth-quarter net loss, and said the results were affected by low seasonal demand for stainless steel, tariff tensions and price pressures.

CELLNEX CLNX.MC

Spain's Cellnex CLNX.MC, Europe's largest mobile phone tower operator, on Friday reported an increase of 7.1% in 2025 adjusted core earnings, as revenues grew 5.8% to 4 billion euros ($4.72 billion), riding strong market demand.

AMADEUS AMA.MC

Spanish travel technology company Amadeus on Friday reported a fourth-quarter core profit above market expectations, as revenue grew across its business lines.

PROSEGUR CASH CASHP.MC

Prosegur Cash reported on Friday a full-year net profit of 90 million euros for 2025.

PROSEGUR PSG.MC

Prosegur reported on Friday a full-year net profit of 119 million euros for 2025.

TECNICAS REUNIDAS TRE.MC

Tecnicas Reunidas reported on Friday a full-year net profit of 156 million euros for 2025.

REIG JOFRE RJFE.MC

Reig Jofre reported on Friday a full-year net profit of 5 million euros for 2025.

AZKOYEN AZK.MC

Azkoyen reported on Friday a full-year net profit of 17.3 million euros for 2025.
