Silgan Holdings Raises Dividend 5%

Silgan Holdings raised its quarterly dividend 5% to 21 cents a share from 20 cents.

The new payout, equal 84 cents a year, represents an annual yield of 1.7% based on Tuesday's closing price of $48.44.

The packaging company plans to pay the new dividend on March 31 to shareholders of record as of March 17.
