Marsh & McLennan (MRSH) is exploring the sale of its Private Client Services division, which offers financial risk management and life insurance services for high-net-worth individuals in Asia, Bloomberg reported late Monday, citing people familiar with the matter.
PCS has garnered early interest from private equity firms and industry players, and it could be valued at several hundred million dollars, the report said.
Considerations are underway and no final decision has been made, according to Bloomberg.
Marsh & McLennan did not immediately respond to a request for comment by MT Newswires.
