Sembcorp Industries' (SGX:U96) profit attributable to owners declined by 5% in the second half of 2025 to SG$448 million from SG$473 million a year earlier, according to a Wednesday filing with the Singapore Exchange.
Earnings per share dropped to SG$0.2496 from SG$0.2663 in the year-ago period. Analysts from Visible Alpha had projected EPS of SG$0.25 for the period.
Turnover fell 11% year over year to SG$2.86 billion from SG$3.21 billion.
The energy and urban development company declared a final dividend of SG$0.16 per share, down from SG$0.17 per share a year earlier. It will be paid on May 15.
Total dividends for 2025 amounted to SG$0.25 per share, up from SG$0.23 per share in 2024.
Shares of the company were down over 2% in Wednesday trading.
