First Resources (SGX:EB5) attributable profit to owners jumped 44% in the second half of 2025 to $204.7 million from $141.8 million a year earlier, according to a Friday filing with the Singapore Exchange.
Earnings per share came in at $0.1321 compared with $0.0916 in the year-ago period. Analysts from Visible Alpha had projected earnings per share of $0.14 for the period.
Sales climbed 70% year over year to $987.2 million from $581.5 million, beating the $448.4 million sales estimated by Visible Alpha analysts.
The company proposed a final dividend of SG$0.102 per share for the 12 months ended Dec. 31, 2025, up from SG$0.063 per share a year earlier. The dividend will be paid on May 15.
Shares of the palm oil plantation company surged 6% in Friday trading.
