Kazakhstan says Tengiz oil output almost at full capacityASTANA, Feb 27 (Reuters) - Kazakhstan Energy Minister Erlan Akkenzhenov said on Friday that oil output at the country's largest oilfield Tengiz, which had suffered a power outage at the end of January, has reached almost full capacity.
The minister also said that oil exports this year from Kazakhstan are expected to be on par with 2025 levels.
