VNET Group (VNET) said Friday that it priced a private placement of 81 million Class A common shares to certain institutional investors at $1.70 per share, for gross proceeds of $137.7 million.
The company said it expects to close the offering on or about Tuesday, and proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes.
Shares of VNET were down 7.6% in early Friday trading.
