National Fertilizers (NSE:NFL, BOM:523630) said Hira Nand has retired as director (finance) and chief financial officer upon attaining superannuation on Feb. 28, according to an Indian exchange filing on Sunday.
Shares of the company fell over 5% in Monday's trade.
He ceased to be director and CFO of the company effective March 1, the filing said.
