0041 GMT - Sea's conservative comment on adjusted Ebitda seems to unsettle its investors, says Citi analysts in a note. The company's 2026 guidance for gross merchandise value to grow 25% exceeds analysts' forecast of 20%, they say. However, the Singapore-based tech company expects adjusted Ebitda to be "no lower than 2025 levels," implying a 0.56% margin compared with analysts' estimates of around 0.71%, Citi says. Sea Ltd.'s investments in fulfillment and user engagement appear justified to Citi but the market seems to underappreciate them. The fulfillment-network investment could significantly enhance the competitive moat of Sea's ecommerce platform Shopee, the analysts add. Citi cuts its target price to $151.00 from $184.00 citing lower ecommerce multiples. It reiterates its buy rating on Sea's ADRs, which closed 16.5% lower at $87.82.(megan.cheah@wsj.com)
