Endeavour Group (ASX:EDV) reported Wednesday fiscal first-half underlying earnings of AU$0.156 per share, down from AU$0.167 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected earnings of AU$0.15.

Revenue for the six months ended Jan. 4 was AU$6.68 billion, compared with AU$6.62 billion a year earlier. Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected AU$6.68 billion.

The company raised its fiscal 2026 capital expenditure guidance to between AU$460 million and AU$500 million, up from the previous range of AU$420 million to AU$470 million, reflecting accelerated investment in hotel renewals.

The board declared an interim dividend of AU$0.108 per share, down from AU$0.125 a year earlier, payable April 15 to shareholders on record as of March 13.

The company's shares fell 4% in recent Wednesday trade.
