1224 ET - MongoDB's latest quarterly results are sparking worries around the growth prospects of its Atlas cloud database platform, UBS analysts say. Atlas growth decelerated in the latest quarter, as one large customer's bundle deal skewed more toward MongoDB's enterprise advanced offering versus Atlas than expected, the analysts say. But even when adjusting for that customer, Atlas growth would have been stable from the previous quarter, the analysts say, noting the company didn't offer any concrete explanation for why growth didn't accelerate. With the company's on-premise, enterprise advanced database business very strong and in-line margin guidance for the year ahead, the stock's slide is "all about the trajectory of the Atlas segment," the analysts say.
