1104 ET - DoorDash's low share price represents a good entry point for investors willing to hold the stock long-term, Mizuho analysts write in a note, cutting their price target to $255. Shares have fallen on the company's plans for increased investment in 2026, as well as a name-drop in the viral Citrini Research memo sparking fears of AI disintermediation. "We recognize it may take time for shares to work given muted prospects for near-term estimate upside as the company invests heavily in 2026 and even into 2027," the analysts write. "Nonetheless, with consensus modeling significantly more investment, masking the underlying earnings power of the business, we believe further downside risk to estimates is unlikely."
