Stockland (ASX:SGP) has finalized an equal partnership with EdgeConneX, establishing Stockland EdgeConneX to develop, own, and operate a portfolio of data centers across Australia, according to a Tuesday Australian bourse filing.
The partnership will merge the company's strengths in land, development, and project management with EdgeConneX's worldwide expertise in providing data center solutions for cloud and artificial intelligence companies, the filing added.
The company's shares fell around 1% in recent Tuesday trade.
