1300 ET - MongoDB's full-year forecast for growth of about 18% was disappointing given guidance for a 27% gain from Snowflake, another player in the data software space, according to UBS in a note. Analysts Karl Keirstead and Jack Fyda also say MongoDB is falling behind when it comes to getting a boost from its artificial intelligence offerings, the analysts say, noting use of AI features isn't yet lifting revenues. "In contrast, AI revs are certainly lifting data peers Palantir and Databricks, and to a lesser extent Snowflake," the analysts say. MongoDB slides 20% after soft guidance for the current quarter.
