MongoDB's Executive Turnover Adds Pressure -- Market Talk

Dow Jones03-04

1311 ET - MongoDB is facing further turnover in its leadership team, adding another headwind for the stock, Wedbush Securities analysts say in a note. The company says its president of field operations and its chief revenue officer are departing, and it named a former ServiceNow executive as chief customer officer. The leadership shakeup comes after MongoDB got several new executives last year, including CEO CJ Desai and CFO Mike Berry. "More turnover at C-suite adds pressure," the analysts say, noting the company is also contending with weak guidance. They lower their price target on the stock to $380 from $440 but back their outperform rating. MongoDB plummets 20% to $260.57. (kelly.cloonan@wsj.com)
