Darco Water Technologies (SGX:BLR) and InfraCo VietAqua agreed to extend the tranche A completion date to March 31, in connection with the company's acquisition of a 49% stake in Darco Infraco Vietnam Water.

In an earlier filing, the company had agreed to acquire a 49% stake in Darco InfraCo Vietnam Water from InfraCo VietAqua for around $3.6 million.
